Frequently asked questions
We now have an FAQ list that we hope will help
you answer some of the more common questions.
How to access my emails?
You can head to mail.invi.uk or by clicking “client control” at the top of any page and find the “email login” button.
To install your mailbox to an app of your choosing, follow our mailbox guide in our knowledge base.
How do I create a support ticket?
Creating a support ticket is super simple and you can do it one of three ways. Our preferred method is by heading to my.invi.uk and logging into your client account. Then when you are there, press “help desk” and “new ticket“. This way you can go back to any previous issue you have had before to read our responses again and again.
Alternatively, if you like the old school options, you can email yourvision@interactivevision.uk and remember to quote your business in the subject line. You can also call us during office hours on our phone number 01422 525 883.
How to check Interactive Vision's services?
Sometimes Interactive Vision needs to do some routine maintenance or there is issues that happen that are out of our control. We try our absolute hardest to make sure all of these issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
To see if any of our services are due any routine maintenance or to check up on any service we offer, you can head over to status.invi.uk to read more into this.
Why have I been charged twice this month?
Interactive Vision only charges you for services pre-agreed in our arrangement. Your main charge at the start of the month will be for Server Hosting or Extra Monthly Services.
There will only ever be two other charges from Interactive Vision. These will be Domain Charges which are automatically raised by the system. When you purchase a domain through Interactive Vision or any web host, you will “lease” this domain through that company for 1 to 10 years. This renewal date cannot be changed as it is the date your domain expires.
We will only ever charge you for one off work payments that we agreed when we produced the work for you.
Why has my website been deactivated?
When you are on one of Interactive Vision’s lower tier packages, we will try and take your monthly subscription automatically from the account you had chosen when you setup your account with us.
If, for whatever reason, your payment gets rejected, your invoice will have five days from the requested payment to be paid in full before it will automatically deactivate the website and any associated services including all incoming and outgoing emails immediately when the five day period has passed.
Even if you agree with the Interactive team that you are paying at a later date due to unforeseen reasons, your website will automatically go down periodically as this is an automated process by the system. If this happens and you have a valid reason for a non payment, give our team a nudge and we will reactivate it as soon as we can.
When can I contact Interactive Vision?
With our Interactive team being a small group of independent individuals, we are sometimes unable to get to your issues as quickly as we would like. This does leave us with two sides to this process in our work. On one hand, sometimes it does mean there can be longer waiting times before you get a response, but on the other hand, there are times you can contact us during unsociable hours.
This does also allow us to do major maintenance on websites at the quietest times, so when you come back online in the morning, there is a good chance that all of the required work has been completed.
